Arrival in Vancouver

Flying without taking suitcases and hard-plastic bike boxes means disposable luggage – it is not a particularly glamorous way to travel – but we were so pleased to finally make it safely to Vancouver.

We stayed with our friend, Lizzie, in her apartment for three days of rest, jet-lag recovery, bike assembly, beach picnics and last-minute essentials shopping.
